Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 7 days of purchase for damaged or defective products. The item must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders, perishable goods, and products with broken seals cannot be returned. Sale items are final unless defective.

  3. Wait for return authorization
  4. Ship items to our facility

4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using trackable shipping methods.

6. Damaged/Missing Items

Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace items or issue store credit for unavailable products.

7. Cancellations

Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placement. Processed orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned.

8. Exchanges
